About the Role
As a Quality Executive at Mosaic Wellness, you will be at the frontline of ensuring that every product reaching our
customers meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Working closely with our warehouse, supply chain, and quality
teams, you will own incoming inspection, documentation, and compliance activities across our co-manufacturing network —
helping build trust in every Man Matters, Little Joys, and Bodywise product that leaves our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming quality inspection of finished goods received in the warehouse as per the approved sampling plan.
- Review and monitor the daily Goods Receipt Note (GRN) report to ensure timely sample collection and coordination
for quality inspection.
- Maintain and organize quality documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheets
(MSDS), and other quality records.
- Conduct Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspections for critical products to ensure compliance with quality
standards.
- Maintain QC inspection records from material receipt through inspection, approval/rejection, and control sample
storage.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for batch hold, release, and segregation activities based on QC status.
- Perform quality inspection of export batches as per the approved sampling plan and applicable quality requirements.
- Coordinate the dispatch of samples to third-party laboratories as per company requirements, ensuring proper
documentation, traceability, and timely testing.
- Retrieve and inspect control samples in response to customer complaints to support root cause analysis, quality
investigations, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and the Quality
Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility AND Experience
- Experience: Prior experience in Warehouse Quality, Cosmetics, or Personal Care industry preferred.
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetology / Skin Care, Pharmacy or allied sciences, or Fats & Oil Technology.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email writing.
