Job Title: Operations Executive (EV Two-Wheeler Manufacturing)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Resource to join our EV Two Wheeler manufacturing unit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employees and their communication, ordering and maintenance of parts stock, vendor communication and problem-solving, maintaining BOM cost and reducing it from time to time, solving recurring problems of various components, communicating with dealers and distributors, and other related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle employees and their communication , ensure smooth coordination and communication within the team.
· Order and maintain stock of parts required for manufacturing two wheelers, maintain stock levels and ensure availability of parts as and when required.
· Communicate with vendors, resolve any issues or problems that arise, and maintain healthy relationships with them.
· Maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost and work towards reducing it from time to time to optimize production costs.
· Troubleshoot recurring problems with various components and implement solutions to ensure quality production.
· Communicate with dealers and distributors regarding product specifications, quality, and delivery timelines.
· Manage email communication and form filling for application purposes and vendor requirements.
· Study and adhere to NDA and other relevant norms and regulations.
· Communication with Vendors and maintaining relations on email and verbal platforms.
Qualifications Requirements: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
