Indiashop Pro hiring Call Center Executives for customer support, client calling and enquiry handling.
This is an in-office job based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Local candidates from Meerut will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and enquiries
- Follow up with clients on phone and WhatsApp
- Explain company services to customers
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records
- Schedule meetings and demo calls
- Coordinate with sales and support teams
- Share daily work reports with management
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic Hindi and English speaking ability
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Comfortable with calling and customer handling
- Professional behaviour and positive attitude
- Freshers can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
