KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate must be willing to perform as an Individual Contributor from the Day-1
- Candidate should have an excellent proven track record of handling sales with multiple customers from Die mould, Automotive, Energy, Medical and General engineering.
- Should be ready to travel other parts of allotted region.
- Should be working in Cutting Tools Industry at present. (Mandatory)
- Should have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Should be selling to top management (Production head, Purchase head, CEO)
- Should be achieving the sales target from his current organisation.
- Should be capable of understanding the customer requirements well.
- Should be a good team player.
- Should understand the competitor activity and product, at customer and take quick actions.
- Should understand the customer potential, company strong points.
- Candidate should have worked for a minimum three years in one of the top five premium cutting tools brands available in their particular region.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
