The Client Relationship & Operations Executive is responsible for managing the complete home loan process from application to disbursement. The role includes coordinating with clients, banks/NBFCs, builders, and channel partners to ensure smooth processing of loan files. The candidate will collect and verify documents, maintain accurate records, provide regular updates to clients, and ensure timely follow-ups. Strong communication, coordination, and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential to deliver efficient and professional customer service.
Pay: ₹9,639.50 - ₹25,000.00 per month
