Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Hair Wigs Studio. In this role, you will ensure our clients receive exceptional service, promptly addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to maintain a premium client experience.
Your Role & Tasks:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with studio clients.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
- Support customer retention initiatives, such as customized marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Monitor customer feedback regularly to help improve our products and services.
Your Profile:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a RELATED FIELD.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or wellness industries is a plus).
- Fluency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language. A customer-centric attitude to handle challenging client situations.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and excellent soft skills (patience, empathy, adaptability).
- Prior experience as a CRE or front-desk executive in the salon, beauty, or hair styling industry is highly preferred.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
