Position: Business Development Officer (BDO) Freelancer
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, digital marketing leads, and networking.
- Promote and sell residential plots, apartments, and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation
- Should have experience in tendering projects
