Job Description
Design and develop scalable Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions tailored to business needs Customize and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud applications including CPQ and Billing functionalities Utilize Salesforce technologies such as Apex Lightning Web Components LWC and Flows to enhance Revenue Cloud capabilities Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with thirdparty applications and external systems using APIs and middleware Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development security and deployment Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends to optimize solutions continuously
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into efficient Revenue Cloud architectures Lead discovery phases by conducting feature demonstrations and detailed requirements analysis Develop solution architecture and design documents presenting alternatives and best practices to customers Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to facilitate knowledge transfer Perform data migration validation and automation to support revenue operations Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CPQ rules pricing discounting and invoicing Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance revenue processes reporting and multicloud integrations Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of innovation and technical excellence
