About the Role
We are hiring a battle-tested, architectural-minded Senior Frontend Developer to lead our client-side software team in Kozhikode.
In this role, you won't just write UI code—you will own the frontend architecture. You will design real-time hardware telemetry dashboards, high-throughput monitoring systems, and sleek web applications. We are looking for an engineer who understands browser performance bottlenecks at a granular level, cares deeply about clean component design patterns, and thrives on mentoring junior engineers in an engineering-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & System Design: Own the end-to-end architecture, state management, and build pipelines for complex, real-time web applications using modern frameworks (SvelteKit, React, or Next.js) and TypeScript.
- Real-time Telemetry & Data Visualization: Build low-latency dashboards capable of streaming high-frequency data via WebSockets, gRPC-web, or Server-Sent Events (SSE) with high-performance canvas/WebGL charts.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish strict frontend engineering practices, design system standards, component testing methodologies, and maintainable project structures.
- Performance Engineering: Diagnose and eliminate client-side bottlenecks, optimize bundle sizes, maximize rendering frame-rates (60 FPS), and minimize DOM churn.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and collaborate directly with backend (Rust/Python) and hardware engineering leads.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 6+ years of production experience building complex, high-performance web applications.
- Education: B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA / B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent deep practical software experience.
- Technical Mastery: Deep fluency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ESNext), HTML5, CSS architecture (Tailwind CSS, CSS-in-JS, or native module systems), and modern build tooling (Vite).
- Framework Depth: Deep expertise in component-based frameworks—specifically Svelte / SvelteKit or React / Next.js—with a clear understanding of reactivity models and virtual/compiler DOM mechanisms.
- State & Real-time Data: Proven experience managing complex client-side state, streaming data over WebSockets, and building interactive web portals.
Preferred Qualifications (Huge Plus Points)
- Experience with data visualization libraries (like D3.js, Chart.js, Three.js, or WebGL) for live system telemetry.
- Active open-source contributions or a public GitHub profile showcasing advanced frontend architecture.
- Prior experience interfacing web frontends with IoT devices, robotic controls, or high-throughput backend services (Rust, Go, or Python).
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and edge deployment strategies.
