Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (5+ Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, paid advertising, and web analytics. This role requires a data-driven professional who can increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth through effective digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as traffic, conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition cost.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Improve website performance through SEO best practices, keyword research, technical optimization, and content recommendations.
- Create and manage content calendars for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns where applicable.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization.
