As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall strategy of application development within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
