Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and explain our acoustic solutions. The role involves both inbound and outbound calling, with a focus on converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from website, WhatsApp, and calls
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
- Explain Echoquiet products like acoustic panels, baffles, ceilings, etc.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM or records
- Follow up with leads to close sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Comfortable with calling and speaking to new people
- Minimum 1 months–5 years experience in telecalling / sales (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in interior, construction, or product sales
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections confidently
