Lead understanding of as-is Contract Lifecycle Management processe s such as: contract types, business context for various contract types, processes on maintenance of standard templates and clauses, reviews, approvals, negotiations, amendments and approval processes, work-flows, amendments, renewals, contract digitization, obligations monitoring and others
Lead contract analytics projects to prevent revenue and cost leakages and analyze various aspects such as commercia l and other critical terms in contracts , obligations monitoring, analysis of sales, purchases and other types of transactions . Perform root cause analysis to determine underlying gaps and develop solutions to address these
