Job Description:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a passion for driving lead generation, improving campaign performance, and maximizing return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Click Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate with content, design, SEO, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with advertising platform changes, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Facebook Ads
- Instagram Ads
- Experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion Tracking
- Google Looker Studio (preferred)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
- Good understanding of landing page optimization and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
- Hands-on experience with B2B Lead Generation Campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization and creative generation.
