Position Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated pharmacy professionals to join our growing healthcare operations team. The role involves supporting prescription processing workflows, reviewing pharmacy-related information for accuracy and completeness, and coordinating with internal operational teams to ensure timely and efficient workflow management.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have strong pharmaceutical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in supporting U.S. healthcare operations within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support prescription processing and pharmacy workflow operations according to defined internal processes
- Review prescription-related information for accuracy, completeness, and documentation requirements
- Perform medication order entry and maintain accurate records within operational systems
- Coordinate with internal departments including data entry, billing, adjudication, and fulfillment support teams
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information according to established workflows
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records in accordance with company standards and SOPs
- Assist in maintaining medication databases and operational process documentation
- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards, operational guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time expectations
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams in a fast-paced healthcare support environment
Required Qualifications:
- Pharm D / B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy or healthcare operations experience
- Strong understanding of medications, dosage forms, pharmacy terminology, and prescription workflows
- Familiarity with U.S. medications, SIG codes, and healthcare processes is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and computer-based operational systems
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
- Strong organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting U.S. healthcare or pharmacy-related operations
- Exposure to healthcare process management or pharmacy workflow systems
- Experience in healthcare support services, prescription processing support, or medical billing operations is an advantage
