About the Role
As a Client Success Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that institutions, learners, and partner organizations have a smooth and successful experience with the SOLO Network platform. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, building long-term relationships, resolving queries, monitoring engagement, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions, administrators, employers, and platform users.
- Lead client onboarding and ensure stakeholders understand platform features, workflows, and best practices.
- Conduct regular check-ins, review meetings, and follow-ups to improve platform adoption and engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, support requests, and issue resolution.
- Gather customer feedback, feature requests, and user insights, and coordinate with Product and Technology teams.
- Monitor client health, engagement metrics, and platform usage to identify improvement opportunities.
- Track and prioritize client issues, ensuring timely resolution with internal teams.
- Assist in planning and conducting product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, webinars, and training workshops.
- Prepare client success reports, engagement summaries, and account updates.
- Support client retention, renewals, and long-term relationship management initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve user engagement, satisfaction, and platform utilization.

- Experience or internship in Client Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or Operations.
- Exposure to SaaS, EdTech, AI, or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
- Experience conducting onboarding sessions, product demos, or user training.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management and engagement strategies.
