Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who can handle customer communication, prepare quotations and invoices, coordinate with suppliers for pricing, and support sales conversion activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage customer and supplier coordination professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain product pricing and technical details.
- Calculate costing, pricing, and profit margins before submitting quotations.
- Follow up with customers to convert quotations into sales orders.
- Handle technical clarifications raised by customers.
- Prepare invoices and maintain sales-related documentation.
- Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and procurement teams.
- Maintain records of quotations, inquiries, and order status.
- Provide technical support and product-related information to customers.
Required Skills
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, quotations, invoicing, and email communication.
- Ability to negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / Any Science Degree Preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support, quotation handling, or customer coordination.
- Freshers are not preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Married candidates willing to work long-term are preferred.
