Position Title: Assistant Coordinator – Primary
Department: Primary Section
Location: School Campus
Role Purpose
To assist in ensuring smooth academic planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality control of teaching-learning processes in the Primary Section.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Support & Monitoring
Assist in reviewing lesson plans and academic planners.
Monitor completion of syllabus as per schedule.
Check classwork and homework notebooks periodically.
Support preparation and moderation of question papers.
Ensure adherence to curriculum guidelines (ICSE/School norms).
2. Teacher Coordination
Support teachers in implementing academic strategies.
Assist in conducting meetings and documenting minutes.
Guide teachers in maintaining academic records.
Coordinate substitute arrangements when required.
3. Student Academic Tracking
Monitor student performance and maintain records.
Identify slow learners and assist in planning remedial strategies.
Support enrichment programs for advanced learners.
4. Documentation & Record Maintenance
Maintain academic records, planners, and reports.
Assist in preparing assessment reports.
Ensure compliance documentation is updated.
5. Parent Communication Support
Assist in preparation of PTM reports.
Support communication regarding academic concerns.
6. Event & Activity Coordination
Assist in organizing academic competitions and school events.
Support integration of co-curricular activities within the primary curriculum.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,119.94 - ₹39,413.13 per month
