Position: Factory Supervisor
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations and production activities
- Manage factory workers and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor production quality and productivity
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the workplace
- Maintain production records and reporting
- Coordinate with management regarding production targets
- Check raw materials and finished products regularly
- Ensure proper use of machines and equipment
- Handle staff attendance and shift management
- Resolve operational issues efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in factory or production supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
