Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across our hospital MEP projects. The ideal candidate will source skilled professionals, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely onboarding aligned with project timelines and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs across MEP verticals (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV)
- Draft and publish job descriptions tailored to project-specific roles
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and campus outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with project heads and site teams
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and offer records
- Ensure timely documentation for onboarding, including ID proofs, certificates, and compliance forms
- Support HR documentation for ISO audits and client pre-qualification submissions
- Assist in planning induction programs and skill development initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
