Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.
- Lead the mobile development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying cross-platform apps using Flutter.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.
- Review and guide the development efforts of team members through code reviews, mentoring, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to define app features and functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, review code, and provide constructive feedback.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
- Ensure app quality through proper testing and debugging.
- Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs as required.
- Stay updated with new mobile technologies and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
- Experience in building and deploying mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with mobile front-end.
- Solid knowledge of state management techniques (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend integrations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools for mobile deployment.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
