About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable AI & Machine Learning Instructor to educate, mentor, and inspire students in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should possess both strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on industry experience, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging, project-based learning.
The instructor should stay updated with the latest advancements in AI while ensuring students develop a solid foundation in traditional machine learning concepts and modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Develop and deliver structured course content for beginner to advanced learners.
- Teach both foundational AI concepts and the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Design assignments, coding exercises, assessments, and real-world capstone projects.
- Mentor students in implementing AI solutions and solving practical business problems.
- Guide students in building professional portfolios and GitHub projects.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, code reviews, and one-on-one mentoring.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Continuously update course content based on industry developments and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum quality and student outcomes.
- Prepare students for internships, placements, technical interviews, and AI careers.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning using TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and related tools.
- Understanding of model deployment using FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, and version control.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
