We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. Freshers with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, coordinating with customers, supporting the sales team, and maintaining sales records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and tax invoices using billing/accounting software.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, dispatch, and deliveries.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
- Handle email communication and customer calls professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams.
- Perform general office and administrative tasks.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience will have an added advantage.
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Willingness to learn billing/accounting software (Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and GST (training will be provided if required).
- Customer service and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
