Job Description
- Design Tools: Create visually appealing designs using Corel Draw, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Layouts & Motion Graphics: Develop layouts and motion graphics with InDesign and Canva.
- Marketing Assets: Design banners and posters for marketing campaigns.
- Multi-Platform Graphics: Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and branding.
- Creative Strategy: Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling aligned with brand identity.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality designs.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design across all platforms.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Required Qualifications & SkillsSoftware Proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop (photo editing, manipulation, compositing) and Illustrator (vector illustration, branding, typography).
- CorelDRAW: Hands-on experience with vector graphics, page layouts, and print prepress setup using CorelDRAW.
- Canva: Proficient in leveraging Canva for fast-paced digital collateral, template creation, and quick-turnaround marketing assets.
- Freepik & Stock Assets: Demonstrated experience working with Freepik and vector template manipulation to optimize project turnaround times.
Technical Expertise
- Book & Editorial Design: Proven experience in page layout, typesetting, grid construction, and print publication prepress.
- Print Knowledge: Strong understanding of paper stock specs, color modes (CMYK vs. RGB), spot colors (Pantone), binding methods, and print production workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in book design, vector illustration, and print marketing collateral.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
