Job Description
Ambica Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing industries and strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, journal, and ledger entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare GST returns and ensure tax compliance.
- Assist in TDS calculations, filing, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain financial records and supporting documents.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry will be preferred.
