As a Business Development Executive at God Particles, you will take ownership of client partnerships,
guide project execution, and ensure every brand we work with experiences clarity, confidence, and consistent value.
From understanding business goals to ensuring smooth delivery across teams, you will play a key role in strengthening
long-term client relationships and driving operational excellence. This role suits someone people-driven, strategically sharp,
and highly reliable in handling multiple accounts with ease.

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary relationship owner for key client accounts.

Understand client business priorities, industry nuances, and brand strategy.

Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.

Manage queries, escalations, and expectations with professionalism.

Convert briefs into structured task flows for internal teams.

Project & Delivery Oversight

Manage branding, design, content, and digital deliverables end-to-end.

Build and monitor timelines, ensuring timely and consistent execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality and brand alignment.

Share weekly progress updates and ensure zero communication gaps.

Strategic Contribution

Participate in strategy planning and brainstorming for client campaigns.

Work alongside the strategy team to refine messaging, positioning, and creative direction.

Ensure all deliverables align with broader brand and business goals.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed communication logs, approvals, and status documents.

Document timelines, performance metrics, and project learnings.

Support in creating case studies or summary reports when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar fields.

3–6 years of client servicing / account management experience (agency background preferred).

Excellent communication, diplomacy, and relationship-building capabilities.

Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and creative execution processes.

Ability to manage multiple clients, timelines, and expectations simultaneously.

Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
