What work you will be responsible for:
The Senior Consultant, Legal Administration Services position performs various assigned tasks related to client engagements. The Senior Consultant communicates with team members, vendors, and clients, and performs various project management and data analysis functions. As the Senior Consultant assumes and demonstrates the ability to perform greater levels of responsibility, work assignments of increasing difficulty and complexity are assigned. The position may supervise the work of Staff and Intern Consultants, as needed.
Responsibilities:
Execute a range of class action administration tasks, including claims data entry, settlement claims review, deficiency review, and responding to claimant queries.
Manage and monitor multiple project inboxes, ensuring responses are timely and aligned with defined turnaround timelines (TAT).
Develop a strong understanding of project requirements to provide accurate, consistent, and context-driven responses to claimants.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and team members to stay updated on project developments and ensure accurate communication with stakeholders.
Support project planning and documentation by gathering requirements and maintaining clear, structured records.
Maintain and organize documentation, including procedures, findings, and claimant correspondence.
Adhere to quality control standards, confidentiality requirements, and firm protocols in all deliverables.
Perform timely self-reviews of work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Contribute to the development and updates of SOPs, checklists, and process documentation as processes evolve.
Support team initiatives, including digital content development and process improvement efforts.
Identify and appropriately escalate issues or risks, while proactively seeking guidance when required.
Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring completion within timelines, budget expectations, and quality standards.
Track and record time accurately across projects in compliance with firm requirements.
Build proficiency in firm tools, systems, and training materials, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:
Post graduate / Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Business, Legal, Information Systems and Decision Sciences, Data/Computer Science, Marketing/Communications, or an approved related field is required.
Preferred / Desired Skills:
3+ years of experience in consulting/advisory (Legal Administration) or relevant experience in legal administration, claims administration, or project management.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to quickly understand new concepts, workflows, and systems, with a strong learning mindset.
Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, including handling repetitive tasks with consistency and focus.
Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and continuously evolving environment while maintaining a high degree of organization.
Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook); advanced proficiency preferred.
Experience in updating and maintaining SOPs, process documents, and operational workflows is an advantage.
Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or related credential is preferred.
