We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Handle visitor registration and maintain visitor records.
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate guest arrangements.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a professional environment.
Assist with travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
Support HR and Administration teams with employee onboarding and documentation.
Handle basic data entry, filing, and record-keeping activities.
Respond to email inquiries and provide general information to visitors and callers.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
4 to 5 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday (and alternate Saturdays)
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
