Job Summary:
To supervise day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issue, and control of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while maintaining accurate inventory and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of store workers and ensure smooth store operations.
- Receive raw materials and packaging materials and verify quantity and condition against documents.
- Ensure proper stacking, identification, labeling, and storage of materials.
- Issue materials to Production as per approved material requests.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Stores Manager about shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure accurate stock entries in ERP/HRMS/Inventory system.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Maintain GRN, material issue, transfer, return, and other store documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics departments.
- Ensure proper handling of materials, especially heavy bags and sensitive raw materials.
- Monitor housekeeping, safety, pest control, and cleanliness inside the store.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
- Identify damaged, expired, or non-moving materials and report them to the concerned department.
- Guide and allocate work to store helpers and contract workers.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and work allocation of store personnel.
- Support internal, statutory, and customer audits by maintaining proper records.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree
Experience: 0-1Years in Stores / Warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
