We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests. The ideal candidate should ensure a memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service. �

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
Check guest satisfaction during and after service.
Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Assist in table setup and clearing during opening and closing shifts.
Promote menu items and upsell food and beverages whenever appropriate.
Follow all company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. �

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or bar.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Groomed appearance and professional behavior.
