About the Role
We are looking for a smart and proactive Account Manager to manage client relationships and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client engagement, identifying opportunities for account expansion, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as a primary point of contact for account-related matters.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company solutions within existing accounts.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen engagement.
- Prepare account updates, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts for internal review.
- Address client concerns proactively and ensure quick resolution in collaboration with support teams.
- Support long-term account development by identifying growth opportunities and strengthening partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities within accounts.
- Experience in B2B environments or technology solutions will be an added advantage.
