Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction works as per approved drawings and project schedule.
- Ensure construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications and standards.
- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and daily activities to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other teams for seamless project execution.
- Verify material quality and quantities; ensure proper usage and minimize wastage.
- Prepare and check measurement sheets, estimates, and contractor bills.
- Review and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and site records.
- Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports for management review.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering materials, methods, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
- Good understanding of structural drawings, BOQs, and quantity estimation.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–10 years of experience in site execution, supervision, and project coordination in real estate or construction projects specifically for high rise and residential building.
