Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present company products/services to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and close deals
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Minimum 1–2 years experience
