Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their equipment requirements
- Explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers
- Promote and sell agriculture and garden equipment, tools, and accessories
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist in stock management and product display arrangements
- Support billing and basic shop operations
- Stay updated on new products and market trends
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Interest or basic knowledge in agriculture/garden equipment preferred
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team environment
