JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Education: Diploma / BE / BTech – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
- In-process, final, and pre-dispatch inspection of die-cast and machined components
- Quality monitoring during HPDC, trimming, buffing, machining, lacquering, and finishing
- Dimensional inspection of OD/ID, drilling, tapping, and critical characteristics
- Identification and handling of non-conformances
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Preparation and maintenance of inspection and quality records
- Coordination with production and tooling teams to reduce rejection and rework
- Ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards
Required Skills & Knowledge
Experience in Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC)
Working knowledge of CNC machines, SPMs, trimming, buffing, and surface finishing
Proficient with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.)
Knowledge of Control Plans, CAPA
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
