Procurement Manager (Interior Projects)
We are a fast-growing Architecture & Interior Design company delivering premium residential projects. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and project procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for interior design and architectural projects.
- Source materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, finishes, hardware, and construction-related products.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure procurement activities align with financial targets.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Project Management, Site Execution, and Finance teams.
- Track material deliveries and ensure on-time availability for project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage inventory, supplier performance, and procurement reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Resolve supply chain issues, delays, and vendor disputes effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of procurement experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Fit-Out, Construction, Furniture, or Building Materials industries.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture procurement, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and construction supplies.
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
