Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Executive to join our team at Prudential Biotech. In this role, you will lead ecommerce operations and strategic execution across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for enhancing the online customer experience, increasing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth. Experience in the healthcare industry, trading companies, and USA-based eBay operations is highly desirable, as the role involves working with regulated healthcare products and global marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce Operations
- Assist in managing product listings across ecommerce platforms.
- Ensure product information, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for stock updates.
- Support order processing, tracking, and fulfillment activities.
Marketplace Management
- Help maintain and optimize listings on eBay, Amazon, and company websites.
- Learn and use marketplace tools such as eBay Seller Hub and Promotions Manager.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and marketplace messaging systems.
- Resolve order-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Support the creation and execution of seasonal offers and sales promotions.
- Help improve product visibility and online engagement.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track daily sales, orders, and marketplace performance.
- Prepare basic reports using Excel and Google Analytics.
- Assist in analyzing customer behavior and sales trends.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Customer Support, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong interest in ecommerce are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Typing speed of 30–40 WPM preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and online marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online selling.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
