Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for expanding market presence of imported pet food brands by onboarding
retailers, driving sales, and building strong relationships across pet stores, vet clinics, and
modern trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit pet shops, supermarkets, and vet clinics regularly
- Introduce and promote imported premium pet food brands
- Acquire new retail partners and distributors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure product visibility and shelf placement in stores
- Collect orders and coordinate deliveries
- Track competitor products and pricing
- Handle payment collections and follow-ups
- Provide regular market feedback and reporting
Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- 1–2 years field sales experience (FMCG preferred)
- Valid driving license and two-wheeler
- Willing to travel extensively
Preferred Skills:
Strong negotiation skills, local market knowledge, CRM/Excel reporting
Salary Structure:
Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
