KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing daily restaurant and bar operations.
- Support and guide the service and bar teams.
- Ensure good customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in monitoring sales, inventory, and cost control.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Support the Restaurant/Bar Manager in daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of experience in restaurant/bar operations or a similar role.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer and POS knowledge.
