Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Melter for our foundry unit who has hands-on experience in metal melting, furnace operation, and molten metal handling. Candidate should have practical exposure in maintaining proper temperature, charge mix, and melting process to ensure quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle metal melting operations in furnace as per production requirement
- Maintain proper temperature and melting process
- Ensure correct charge mix and raw material feeding
- Monitor molten metal quality and follow process parameters
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
- Maintain furnace discipline and follow safety procedures
- Ensure proper handling of ladle, metal pouring, and related activities
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in melting/furnace operation
- Knowledge of metal melting process and temperature control
- Experience in steel/cast iron foundry preferred
- Understanding of furnace safety and shop-floor operations
Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma / Relevant experience preferred
- Experience in foundry / steel casting / casting industry preferred
Joining Preference
Candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
