About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and engaging Financial Literacy Lab Educator to help students develop essential money management and financial decision-making skills through interactive, activity-based learning. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching practical financial concepts and creating an enjoyable learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive Financial Literacy Lab sessions for students across different grade levels.
Teach fundamental financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, investing, banking, digital payments, taxation, entrepreneurship, and responsible spending.
Deliver hands-on activities, simulations, games, and real-life financial scenarios.
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and financial decision-making skills.
Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, and assessments as per the curriculum.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure active student participation.
Coordinate with school authorities and the Program Manager for smooth execution of the program.
Participate in training sessions and curriculum enhancement activities.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of basic financial concepts.
Ability to simplify complex topics for school students.
Interactive teaching and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Creative, energetic, and student-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
Experience in financial education, commerce, or business studies.
Knowledge of digital banking, UPI, financial planning, and entrepreneurship.
Ability to conduct activity-based and experiential learning sessions.
