About the Role
Roase Interior & Architecture Excellence is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and be capable of developing interior concepts, technical drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design residential and commercial interior spaces.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Create accurate 3D models and realistic visualizations in SketchUp.
- Edit renders, presentations, and mood boards using Adobe Photoshop.
- Design client presentations and marketing creatives using Canva.
- Prepare material selections, furniture layouts, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the execution team.
- Conduct site visits when required and ensure designs are executed as planned.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Strong understanding of interior design, space planning, and materials.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
