ROLE OVERVIEW
Hawrlearn is seeking a passionate and skilled Robotics Trainer & Project Development Engineer to deliver hands-on robotics and embedded systems training to students across Kerala. This is a trainer-first role with strong involvement in project development, curriculum building, and R&D activities. You will inspire the next generation of engineers through practical, project-based learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct hands-on robotics and embedded systems training for school and college students
- Deliver engaging sessions on Arduino, ESP8266/ESP32, NodeMCU, and Raspberry Pi
- Introduce and demonstrate Robot Operating System (ROS) concepts — basic to intermediate level
- Mentor students in mini-projects, capstone projects, and robotics competitions
- Develop and continuously improve training content, lab manuals, and project modules
- Design and support robotics, IoT, and automation project builds
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively during live training sessions
- Support and facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and partner school programs
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must-Have
- Strong hands-on experience with Arduino
- Good working knowledge of ESP8266 / ESP32 / NodeMCU / Raspberry Pi
- Familiarity with IoT platforms: Blynk, MQTT, Adafruit IO, Firebase
- Solid understanding of sensors, motors, shields, and embedded systems
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to beginners
Good to Have
- Experience with ROS / ROS2 — nodes, topics, and packages
- Working knowledge of STM32 microcontrollers
- Basic Python programming, especially for Raspberry Pi and ROS workflows
- Exposure to robotics competitions and student project mentoring
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines is preferred:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Robotics / Automation Engineering

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
