Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Closing Manager to drive the end-to-end closure of real estate transactions. The role involves negotiation, legal coordination, client management, and financial due diligence to ensure seamless deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deal Negotiation & Closure
- Lead negotiation of real estate ensuring optimal commercial terms
- Address client concerns proactively and drive smooth deal closures
- Prepare, review, and finalize agreements and contracts with high accuracy
- Coordinate with legal teams, internal stakeholders, and external parties for timely closures
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Provide regular updates on deal progress and resolve concerns effectively
- Handle post-closure discussions and ensure long-term client satisfaction
3. Financial Analysis & Due Diligence
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate deal viability
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure compliance and policy adherence
4. Process Management & Optimization
- Streamline deal closure processes and improve operational efficiency
- Track KPIs and leverage tools for better transaction management
- Maintain updated knowledge of real estate laws and regulatory frameworks
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–7 years of experience in real estate transactions (Mumbai Western Line preferred)
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Good understanding of legal documentation and contract management
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in India
- Proficiency in MS Office and transaction management tools
