Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- No Monthly Target
- Update CRM with lead and customer information.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Software Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated.
