Experience : 8-15 Years
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. As an IT sales manager, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our company competitive and innovative. Your responsibilities will include maximizing our sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a successful sales representative or sales manager, specifically in IT sales.
Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong business sense and industry expertise within the IT landscape
