We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations at Warehouse – Nagpur. The Head Chef will oversee the entire kitchen, manage the team, maintain food quality, control costs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance creativity with responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire kitchen team.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Plan daily operations and ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve performance goals.
- Create and update menus and introduce new dishes.
- Coordinate with management for smooth restaurant operations.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3+years of experience in professional kitchens as a Head Chef.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and train a kitchen team effectively.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory, and cost control.
- Creative approach to menu planning and presentation.
- High standards of hygiene, discipline, and consistency.
