Oracle HCM Functional Skills • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud across modules such as: Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Compensation. • Deep understanding of HR business processes covering the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. • Ability to perform end-to-end configuration of selected HCM modules. • Handle production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancement/change requests. • Functional knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts for reporting and data needs. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Skills • Strong hands-on experience with: Integrations (ICS), Process Automation (PCS), Visual Builder (VBCS). • Ability to design, build, test, and deploy OIC integrations including: App-Driven, Scheduled, File-Based, REST/SOAP integrations. • Solid understanding of: o REST APIs & SOAP services o JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT • Experience with FTP/SFTP, message queues, and other file-based integrations. • Understanding of authentication/security methods: OAuth, JWT, Basic Authentication. • Ability to work with OIC components such as: Lookups, Connections, Adapters (HCM, ERP, REST, SOAP, DB, FTP).
