Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Therapy Management
- Oversee daily functioning of the disability children’s therapy section.
- Ensure structured delivery of therapy services including : Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Special Education, Behavioral & developmental interventions
- Monitor individualized therapy and rehabilitation plans.
- Ensure child-centered and goal-oriented interventions.
2. Clinical Coordination
- Coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
- Review assessments, therapy goals, and progress reports.
- Ensure timely evaluation and intervention planning for children.
- Maintain therapy quality standards and best practices.
3. Staff Supervision & Team Leadership
- Supervise therapists, special educators, caregivers, and support staff.
- Allocate duties and manage staff schedules.
- Conduct performance monitoring and provide guidance.
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
4. Administration & Operations
- Manage attendance, therapy schedules, and service coordination.
- Maintain client records, therapy documentation, and reports.
- Ensure safe, child-friendly therapeutic environment.
- Coordinate admissions, assessments, and discharge procedures
5. Parent & Family Engagement
- Conduct parent counseling and progress review meetings.
- Educate families on home-based intervention strategies.
- Address parental concerns and ensure satisfaction.
6. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to rehabilitation standards and child safeguarding policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical practices.
- Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
7. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare monthly and quarterly activity reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding program development.
- Support outreach programs and awareness initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Special Education /Psychology
- Minimum 5-8 years working with children with developmental disabilities.
