Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealer & Distributor Network Management
- Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers and distributors to expand market reach.
- Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales volume.
- Conduct dealer training sessions on product features, sales strategies, and service guidelines.
2. Sales Target Achievement & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business objectives.
- Implement sales strategies, promotional schemes, and incentive programs for dealers.
- Monitor dealer performance, sales trends, and competitor activities in the region.
3. Market Expansion & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, untapped regions, and potential dealer prospects.
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.
- Work with marketing teams to plan dealer engagement programs, branding, and lead generation.
4. Pricing, Negotiation & Order Management
- Ensure optimum pricing strategies for dealers while maintaining profit margins.
- Negotiate commercial terms, bulk orders, and payment conditions with channel partners.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
5. Customer Support & Service Coordination
- Work closely with service teams to ensure after-sales support for dealers and customers.
- Address dealer complaints, warranty claims, and technical issues to maintain strong partnerships.
6. Reporting & Sales Analysis
- Maintain sales reports, dealer performance records, and market intelligence in CRM tools.
- Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts and business updates to the management.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in dealer/channel sales, preferably in gensets, acoustics, or industrial products.
- Strong knowledge of dealer distribution models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting techniques.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in technical product sales (diesel generators, power solutions, or industrial equipment).
- Understanding of ISO, CPCB norms, and dealer financing models.
- Ability to drive dealer engagement, marketing initiatives, and retail promotions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
